Return guarantee and right of revoke

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period and right of revoke expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the purchased goods.

Exercise of the return guarantee & right of revoke

To exercise the right of revoke, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post or email):

• - by telephone from Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:00 CET at +31 20 470 44 22
• - by email at service_uk@modelomondo.com 

In order for the return guarantee and right of revoke period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of revoke before the expiry of the return guarantee period.

Information to be provided with a request

- Last name and First Name
- Address
- Order number 
- Order date
- Delivery date
- Designation of the article (s) designated for the right of revoke: quantity, name of the article, reference of the article
- Signature (in case of postal courier)

Consequences of the return guarantee

You will have to return the purchased articles at your costs to the following address:

The products must be returned without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to cancel your order. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

If you cancel your order and revoke from the associated sale contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than that the less expensive  standard delivery method proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to revoke this sale contract.

We will refund using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for you.

We may defer refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earlier. After receipt of the returned goods, you will be refunded within 30 days.

Your liability is only incurred with respect to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the products.

Exception to the return guarantee and right of revoke

The exercise of the right of revoke is excluded for the following contracts:

- contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
- contracts for the supply of goods which, after having been delivered, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
- contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
