What is the stock availability ?

Product availability 

The product availability is at all time indicated in our shop. The product availability information is near real time synchronized with the stock information from our warehouse. For many products, we have additional warehouse and stock information from our suppliers.

The stock availability information can be found on each product page in our online shop. When you place an order, this information is also displayed during the check-out process and it will be confirmed by email with your order confirmation.

Orders shipped at once with articles altogether

When you place an order with several articles, your order and parcel shall be prepared and shipped at once when all products are directly available and can be grouped together at the warehouse.

Products in stock ordered before 22:00 CET shipped the same day

When all the products from your order are directly available in stock, and if your order is placed before 22:00 CET, your order will be prepared and shipped the same day.

Products available at our suppliers

If the product is not directly available in our stock but it is available at one of our supplier, then you will find information on the product page about the expected shipment time. You then need to consider the delivery time necessary for your address location and with the transporter to assess your delivery date.

Products in pre-order

At the beginning of the season, we may propose products in pre-order so that you can reserve articles before they are received at the warehouse. The product availability and the associated expected shipment date will be mentioned on each product page. The products reserved will be shipped automatically with your order once they are received with the new collection from our suppliers. 

Products out of stock

When products are running out of stock and if we cannot obtain them anymore within a reasonable delay during the season, they will be removed progressively from our online shop. We might be able to obtain them again the following season if they are still in our supplier collections. In any event, don't hesitate to contact us and we will look for you.
